BRSC produces among the most accurate
and best looking reports in the soil consulting profession.
Believe it or not, there are few standards for AOSE design
work; the drawings simply are supposed to be "to scale."
We have found over the years that many AOSE's simply hand
draw their permit packages. At BRSC, the minimum requirement
is never good enough, so our reports contain digital drawings
and forms that are neat and legible.
Our site drawings are neat, professional and accurate. We
feel that by providing this service to our clients, they are
not just getting a septic permit.
They can use our drawing as a site plan to present to the
county in which they are building. Our drawing shows the exact
location of important site factors including the driveway,
house location (showing that the house meets the required
setbacks), the well, any landscape features, slope, streams,
lakes, etc.
